C'est un chalet mitoyen, situé dans un cadre exceptionnel et très champêtre, avec une vue sublime et dégagée sur le glacier de Taconnaz et la chaîne du Mont Blanc.

chalet de style alpin contemporain.Le hall d'entrée au rez-de-chaussée, donne sur un spacieux salon/salle à manger ouvert avec un poêle à granulés, une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec une grande baie vitrée donnant sur la terrasse en bois et un jardin privatif avec une vue superbe sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc. Il y a également une salle de bains design avec une douche à l'italienne, lavabo et WC et une chambre double avec commode sur le même niveau.

L'escalier depuis le hall d'entrée monte au premier étage où se trouve deux chambres , et un couloir avec placards et penderie. La chambre principale bénéficiant d'un accès par les porte-fenêtres sur un balcon avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Il y a aussi un WC séparé et une salle de bains design avec une baignoire, double-vasque un lave-linge /sèche-linge.

The chalet is located in an exceptional and very rural setting with gorgeous, unobstructed view of the glacier Taconnaz and the Mont Blanc.

The entrance hall on the ground floor, overlooks a spacious open plan lounge / dining room with a pellet stove, a modern kitchen fully equipped with a large window overlooking the deck and private garden with great view of the Mont Blanc. There is also a designer bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet and a double bedroom with chest of drawers on the same level.

The staircase from the entrance hall to the first floor where two bedrooms located, and a hallway with cupboards and wardrobe. The master bedroom with access by French windows onto a balcony with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. There is also a separate WC and a designer bathroom with a tub, double vanity washing machine.
